I have 3 visible tattoos and can not really afford the laser surgery. I live in FL and can not seem to find any programs that assist with tattoo removal. I need a job but can not seem to get one because of my tats.

I have a (seemingly) giant black star on my right hip bone and I desperately want it gone, but of course don’t want a scar in its place. Has anyone gotten a tattoo removed and been so disappointed with the results that the tattoo itself was better left alone?

I have a tattoo that is 2 inches wide and 1 inch high that I want removed. Do I need to find a good remover or are they all the same? Also, how much would it cost to hire a good remover to do the job?
