If i get a tattoo removed, then after it all heals, can i Tattoo back over that area, or will the ink not hold? Anyone seen this done?
I’m asking because tattoo removal leaves behind a scar that you can see a blank image of what was there before, so can that be Tattooed over? Thanks
Yes, as a matter of fact, that’s what most people do as the tattoo isn’t removed completely (as opposed to what most commercials say) so you have an albino version of the tattoo you had. So if you want to cover it up, you most definitely can.
