I wish to find out if I as a RN licensed in the state of VA can buy and run a tattoo removal laser without a physician overseeing me. If I can where did you find the information?

More specifically, I read that certain shades of purple may not be able to be removed by laser tattoo removal. Well guess what, I have a purple tattoo. So I was wondering precisely which shades of purple cannot be removed by lasers? Mine is a dark, but at the same time bright and kind of shiny, purple. Am I out of luck?

If i get a tattoo removed, then after it all heals, can i Tattoo back over that area, or will the ink not hold? Anyone seen this done?
I’m asking because tattoo removal leaves behind a scar that you can see a blank image of what was there before, so can that be Tattooed over? Thanks

Is this true? Is the pain from a laser tattoo removal (with no anesthesia really unbearable? (the jump out of your seat kind of pain).

My husband is under laser treatment for a tattoo removal. We would like to know the proper way of taking the gauze off. Does he have to wet it so it comes off easier without ripping off the scabs?

I have a rose tattoo that I got back in the early 1980s. It had my ex-wife’s name which was covered in the mid 1990s. It’s pretty blurred now. It has green, red, black and a little yellow.
